July 3, 2011 a research vessel "Akademik Fedorov" came in 100-day cruise along the border of the Russian Arctic continental shelf to investigate and determine its boundaries.

The new expedition will continue 2010 study (July to October) when the "Akademik Fedorov", accompanied by the nuclear-powered icebreaker "Yamal", conducted hydrographic survey of the bottom relief of the Arctic Ocean. This year the focus of research will be the seismic exploration of Arctic Ocean. Largeo experts were hired to work on board to provide processing and quality control of the seismic data.

Currently, "Fedorov" has the most recent and advanced seismic equipment. Largeo provided its highly skilled professionals, on-board computer system and software for rapid analysis and quality control data.
